So what do you think specifically might happen to my back with those? My lower back is barely moving, it's in an acceptable ROM between lordosis and flat throughout, my erectors are not even that involved compared to a deadlift or rack pull... I don't understand the issue?
It's ok ianmcardle666 people that have not tried the kettle bell think they know exactly how it works.
