I'm doing this currently but just till I class change so my 3 monks get a class change at level 1 and I'm doing it with a RM because class changing doesnt affect its stat build so I can grind all I want till I can do it :D

You could also try four white mages. I don't know which is harder though.

Thanks :) Yeah I thought about doing four red mages; doing it solo just means less spell charges and more level grinding.
