  • my daughter watching "Glee" on teev some awful actor did performance of this song that nearly made me throw up- showed her this instead - awesome singing - RIP Billy

  • wow

  • absolutely fantastic performance - Billy was larger than life!

  • Thinking of a Joe Cocker song, You are co beautiful to me, where he tries to hit a high note. Not rubbishing Joe but Billy could have done it easily. What a talent, gone but not forgotten. R.I.P. BILLY.

  • Only an Oz is going to understand the endearment contained in this: -

I remember the bastard performing LIVE at the West Ryde (Sydney, Oz) Masonic Hall, Anthony Rd., West Ryde!

He was good then, and he's good here.

  • Why is it difficult to find stuff from Billy's "stimulation" album?

  • Brilliant performance from Billy but leave the girl alone. At least she sings in tune and may have actually held the camera for this once in a life time joy we have never experienced.

  • Fucken hate people who sing at concerts, like I paid my money to hear you sing, you twat.

  • Wanted to tell her to shut up!

  • What a shame he is gone but not forgotten. Thank you for posting.

  • I want to thank you for posting this. I've watched it several times - he was just so good.

  • This is the first time i've ever heard billy thorpe, man i've been missing out on alot

  • yeah living under rocks will do that to ya

  • I'm about to be 56 and this man was a legend. Sunbury, pubs, et. al. I've live a generation or two of music and there was none better. A great loss. The older I get the more I miss his music.

  • A real Aussie legend. Will be sadly missed.

  • I Played 3 support band gigs with the Aztecs in 1998, I was 22. Seeing Billy and the bands professionalism up close has contributed to my live performance in some shape or form today. I'm privileged to have been exposed to his groove and dedication to music.
