Lot's of exercise portions and kick the junk foods; unless u have a health problem. Keep away from refine foods too, they can cause osteoporosis .

    She posted her recipe for cucumber lime salad in a previous post a while ago... She cuts up a cucumber and adds lime juice to it and then adds salt. I was looking for it also and found it in the comments of a previous post she replied to. Hope this helps!

  • When you weigh in do you do it at the same time a day? because i always heard if you weigh your self first thing in the morning before after u pee and before you eat you will get your true weight because if you weigh urself after breakfast or lunch you may weigh a pound or two more because of the weight of food. btw I absolutely love ur vids

  • btw!! I DO NOT KNOW IF YOU'VE NOTICE THIS!! but there are days when I myself weigh more than others.

    For example!! a few days ago i weigh in at 214, today I weigh in at 217. YET!! I notice that what i eat impacts the scale. So i tend not to keep an eye on it, My main thing is to measure my changes in body

    so did you keep a record of your mid section numbers, arms and legs measurements??

    those are the best factors to notice if you are losing weight and gaining muscles correctly.

    and I started my weight loss program but I dont know if I am doing it right.

    This is my menu please tell what you would replace or if it is o.k.

    8am Protein shake

    10am 1 cup of cereal Special K

    12pm tuna sandwich

    2pm protein bar

    4pm banana

    6 1 cup of beef and 1 cup of beans w/ grain tortilla

  • it depends on your activity level and your height :) but roughly around 1500..

  • useally a normal person, should eat between 1500 calories to 2000 calories. Dont forget each country have different health chart.

  • You should have estimated :Your weight x 15 but if you are trying to lose weight than subtract 200 from it!

  • i agree. i take aerobic classes at my gym and they really motivate me to always push myself during my workouts in a way that is almost impossible while you work out alone.

  • You've really inspired me. I've been counting calories and so far have FINALLY saw some real weight loss, and stuck with it (16.5) and I've been trying to do this for two years! However, I've decided to start my own weight loss binder!
