  • is "Steve" going to be there?

  • My goodness, evidenced from the "banff" circa 1940ish postcards presented in this ummm promotional vid, one would assume those were the last tourists to arrive? Anything say from this decade? The doe grazing longstemmed grassblades was just lovely though, and the squirrel-mating was a delight.

  • @tinketteful Thank you for your comments. The historical segments helped "fill" the video which was produced (with a next to zero budget) for a marketing presentation held in Dearborn Michigan in July 2010. The wildlife shots were unbelievably luck - with the wildlife just showing up when the camera was at hand. The mating couple are not squirrels - they are marmots. Most of us had never seen marmots before but these guys performed for the tourists on top of Sulphur Mountain in Mat 2010.

  • @Vicki976 - LOL! Okay. Hey, I actually found the video to be a hoot and would thoroughly enjoy visiting Banff -- not necessarily during a mensa gathering but any other time of year.
