@jrufus11 bro the galaxy tab 7.7 is a tablet and it has the same screen the galaxy note does. There are other comparable displays too, the display is good, I love using it but I wont call it the best for 7" let alone all tablets... I dont mean to say this to correct you but just my point of view :)
@aphroditelikesme i actually took my playbook into the samsung shop and compared the two ,the playbook was actually brighter maybe you never had th automatic dimming feature turned off on the playbook
@jrufus11 Bro, I have the dimming feature off, I love the playbook and the screen.
If I loved the 7.7 more Id sell my playbook off and go for the 7.7 but no, I love the pb (as of now ;)) but the super amoled hd @ 1280 x 800 pixels is definitely a better screen, the blacks are amazing, when I was using a desire hd and I compared my phone with an amoled screen I couldnt appreciate the screen but when I bought a galaxy note and started using it thats when I realized, well to each his own I guess ;)
@aphroditelikesme well i was in the samsung shop today had my playbook with me did a comparison of it with the 7.7 on a webpage and the playbook was much brighter making texy easier to read did also hd test youtube although the black was a bit darker on 7.7 the video looked crisper on the playbook also did the same test on the ipad2 playbook wad brigjter and crisper and crisper as well ,have not found a brighter tablet yet
