We legally allow 2 million people to come into this country every year to pursue the American dream. More then any other country by far. Is there no limit to our generosity? Still, people like me who are OK with that are called KKK members cause we actually have the balls to say there is a limit to how many we can take in. A country without borders is not a country. Things like "Land of Opportunity" etc. are great, but I dont think it was supposed to be unlimited and forever. Also, regarding the civil rights movement, yes all people have civil rights, what we dont want are artificial guarantees like affirmitave action, which are really reverse racism, If diversity is peaceful and great, why does it need to be ENFORCED?

yes there has been an awful history of that. I say the solution is, stop doing it. But I don't think that the solution is giving certain people benefits based on thier race. Please explain how giving a particular group special privilges and preference for certain things based on their race, how is that NOT a racist policy?

All people have rights, if they have the courage to stand up for them. It's not the government's job to manage society, one way or the other. That means it's NOT ok to have a policy of open borders, when the only people who want unlimited, mass immigration are the immigrants, and rich white men who have a lot to gain from it.

Hell, most white people can't even tell you where their families originated from. American culture is a mix of all other ones. You will be hard pressed to find anything uniquely american, except for our ability to be open to other peoples thoughts and beliefs, but I guess that isn't the case any more. And just in case you haven't noticed they don't come here for a better life, they come here so their kids can have a better life. keeping them illegal only creates animosity from being excluded.
