@SI3DFan2000 I can think of at least one similar real world case - Porthmadog in Wales where the Ffestiniog Railway runs across the top of the sea wall. It's not far from the Snowdon Mountain Railway which the Culdee Fell line in the Railway Series is based on, so the makers would probably know about it.
