  • Have been watching your videos and reading your blog for over a year. I love how you lay it out and keep it real. No mushy, hand holding stuff...either get it together and lose the weight or stay fat.

  • I officially started two and a half months ago and I've lost 16 pounds so far, yay! I want to lose another 30-40 pounds, but I think 30 will be enough, I'm excited cuz I know I can do this. I'm even starting to enjoy jogging (although pilates still makes me want to shoot myself) so yes :P! Tanks for the vid <3

  • I've been watching your videos for a while now but not actually dieting or participating but recently i just became fed up with being overweight. I was super athletic in high school and I had a banging body. Then I injured my knee and slipped into a sedentary life style. Long story short I decided to get serious and get fit for me last Thursday and I was so glad a new video was up on my hompage. It just gives me and extra boost to do what i need to do to get my athletic body back. Keep posting!

  • i totally know what you are saying i have tried and given up so many times but in july i dont know what happend but i just started and i am still going strong and loving it! i think why this time is different is because i didnt FORCE myself or try to talk myself into doing a "diet" i just woke up one day and said im doing it! some people can do that some cant or dont. but i still have over 100lbs to go but ive lost 60lbs since july so im pretty proud of that! thanks 4 this vid girl!

  • @DreamBodyIn2012 Good for you! Some people just aren't ready yet. And when they can release all the negative, hate, envy, frustrations, comparisons, insecurities, whatever is holding them back; they will realize THEY'RE the only person that matters. Do it for yourself and no one else. The only person you can ever count on is yourself. No buddy, support system bullshit.

  • @TearsNoMore87 thanks girl! :) yeah i have to agree some people just arent ready as bad as they may want it in their minds their heart has to be ready as well. its a lot of hard work to lose weight i know that much but when the weight starts coming off i know for me thats major motivation.

  • missed you chica...I know how addictive the gym can be. I'm there for about 2-3 hours. Hair is lovely as usual. Eat as healthy as you can, as often as you can, in as small a portions as you can...treat yourself to what you love. Don't punish yourself. I'm 17 months in...can't turn around. I gave up chicken, beef, pork for digestive reasons...and it's going well. I like your attitude! How's life away from diets/exercise going?

  • Nice video. You are right. IT is just not worth the stress if you are not actually doing it. I've spent the last several months since I first lost 70lbs in the 'diet' frame of mind but not actually losing any more. It's not like I cant lose anymore I just obviously don't want it as much as I did 70lbs ago...but I do...:D

  • def have to watch what you and lift weights cuz it'll help reduce fat and add muscle because weight becomes not as much as the goal as body fat levels so yea awesome more you work out more you do so def get your muscles up cuz they will more you healthy, shapely and even sexier than what you already are and you are very pretty, too
