There is a faster and easier way to editing a scanned drawing. Just bucket fill the pencil outline, make sure it is fully filled, then fill in the drawing. This does not need manual outlining.

Sorry, but no... You need to work on your perspective, try freehanding instead of using the line tool thingy.

@bummer6 i do free hand it on paper, then scan it. and i cant free hand it on a computer becuase i dont have a drawing pad that hooks up to the computer... :/

you must have bad eyes, has also has different spikes, he has 2 sonic has three. his eyes are more like shadows, not sonics round eyes. and his ears are like 3 times are big and normal ears. Also dont mock art you probably cant make.... >.>
