  • coffee = fight and flight = adrenal fatigue

  • SADLY the wilsons adrenal book is not very good for people with stage 3 adrenal exhaustion, you should not take adaptogens when you have low cortisol..

I have not found anyone that has been helped with dr wilson with late stage 3 adrenal problems..

Been researching adrenal fatigue for over 3 years,

The only adrenal dr i know that really knows is stuff is dr lam

  • Paul Chek is one of the few win-win health truth livers. I have come to full awareness of my own body and mind on my own so I speak from a level of personal understanding of health and mental wellbeing. Paul's a great source of untainted information I certify this!

  • i love you Paul...your the man!

  • Thanks for sharing your advice and information on getting rid of acne and getting clear skin!

If you have any questions about acne or breakouts let me know... I'm sure I can help!

    Thanks!

  • So you are saying that working out causes stress because your body is all ready stressed? I disagree. Working out relieves stress and is part of total well being. Any physical activity will also improve your skin becase it improves health in other areas such as mental, emotional ect.

  • @younglegend223 he's saying that if you are already stressed, stressed diet, stressed work, stressed relationships and you go to the gym and do a stressful workout ( most people don't know how to exercise, i see it in the park every morning ) that trip to the gym can do more harm than good.

IMO: when it comes to holistic health and exercise there is no one on the web with better info than Paul!...because he has the RESULTS to back it up..it's not only theory.

  • @certifiedhealthnut The best way to live is to be stress free in everything including your workout. You can have it all if you know how to manage it all. Don't be stressed out by: slowing down, stand in line and read, learn to be patient, work in not out (meditative workout vs. catabolic workouts). Always strive for balance of yin and yang from your level of man/woman, anabolic/catabolic balance point.

  • @younglegend223 You have to make sure that the exercise is tolerable by your body. Overexercise when adrenally exhausted will cause me a major 3 day crash.

  • the second coming of christ!

  • Great work paul. Ive just finished reading how to eat, move and be healthy. Its a great book and i would reccomend it to ANYONE.

    Keep up the great work

  • to maintain activity levels, bad mistake and i have anxiety again and have lost all appetite. Watching your vids has confirmed my suspicion, i've thrown my hormones out through too much physical stress which has manifested as anxiety.

  • Love your outlook, I suffer from an anxiety disorder but in terms of my ''programming'' i'm fine, i don't think negative about myself, i have goals and dreams that i know i will fullfill but i get these episode of anxiety where i lose all appetite and just feel nervous all morning. The consistent trigger that i can think off is my diet, 2 years ago i tried a zero carb diet and a week later started having panic attacks out of nowhere. This year i lowered my calories to stupid levels while trying

  • this is y i got acne i stress like hell alot all day all day :(

  • do alot of people confuse PCOS with Adrenal fatigue? or is it kind of the same thing? Great video, very informative.

  • I think this is what's wrong with me. For the longest time I haven't eaten right, I've over exhausted myself, at times daily, because I have worked in construction for years. Plus I'm very thin which makes it worse. I've had so much emotional stress, almost nonstop (bad girlfriend). And now I have anxiety and panic attacks plus other symptoms. I know it's not a mental disorder because I can go out places and not freak out and I even feel crappy being at home. Maybe I'll get my adrenals tested.

  • so informative, to the point and delivered flawlessly!

Great job and I appreciate your info!

  • i love you paul!

  • Anyone know if he is speaking of the adrenal glands that are above our kidneys? I know the last time I was in the hospital (I have Ideopathic Chronic Pancretitis with a non functioning pancreas and psuedo cysts with scarring throughout) so they said I had something also called adrenal hypo something oh think it started with a D like dysplasia or no I don't know but I have no acne but I wonder if this is why I'm pissed off all the time?

  • Yes the adrenal glands are seated on top of the kidneys. You must be talking about adrenal hypoplasia.

  • thank you so very much i will make sure my boys see this they don't believe me. i changed my eating and my skin cleared within 2months i knew it was my digestion system

  • Hmmm, me in a nutshell.

  • enough books dude?

  • Oh my goodness, all I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for existing so that others may learn from you. I am so thankful for being introduced to you. I have needed help for a long time, and now I have found someone - you - to help guide me along. I look forward to starting to get myself back.

  • Wow, amazing explanation. Thank you for sharing your knowledge

  • I like the way he explains

  • Paul wizard o' wise one! I have a question regarding saturated fats. In this book you are referencing it states that sat fats are bad for you. But from all I've learned through Weston Price sat fats are good. So who is right?

Many thanks for all you do,

    Kennedy

  • i'd trust western a price!

  • what do u think of creatine? i take creatine before going to the gym and i suffer from acne and anxiety too. However, creatine makes me feel well after a greta workout.

  • creatine is naturally occuring in the body anyway and you can only store a small amount, i personally wouldnt use it, i would change your nutrition.

  • Awesome! 5 stars!!

  • Paul,

Outstanding job! Not on this video alone, but on the entire collection. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You. Keep the passion!

  • I went through adrenal fatigue a few years ago and it sucked....I managed to get out alive thanks to 'How to Eat Move and Be Healthy.' Thanks for that awesome book Paul...my adrenals thanks you!

  • 5 well-deserved stars!

  • great video. i would say that many people in order to justify logically the stress they observe in themselves, they attach the idea of lack of stress management with successful events. that is dangerous because the opposite direction is more succesful as far as i am concerned.

  • cant wait to see you in london this month!

  • Whaty? London?

  • I love the "Never stop learning" T-shirt someone please tell me where I can get one of those! Thank you.

  • Ptonthenetdotcom

  • Great video, Paul. The adrenals of so many are really being over taxed these days. Including me! I'm getting my steroidal hormones back in balance as we speak.
