Well, that's a difficult question. Depending on how you play the game they can be ur greatest ally, or ur worst enemy. Those submarine guys are called "big daddies" and the little girls are called "little sisters". I dont wanna give too much away, but when the time comes, those little sisters will the most important people in the game.
