i have panic attacks sometimes when i try to go to sleep in total silence. it sounds like someone is yelling in my head and escalates quickly to being a busy room full of yelling people. i used to have to sleep in the bathroom with the shower running. my dad used to get so mad. then when i moved out into an apartment where they covered the water bill, i ran it non stop. but its such a waste. i wish i had a way to recycle the water through the shower

@r2dxhate are u serious?? i thought i was the only one. it hasnt happened in a while, but it used to sound like a buzzing/ yelling sound, at first it would be small but it would quickly escalate. now i always sleep with my ceiling fan on full

@FutureMarine246 yeah i use a site called freesound to play sounds on repeat. the one i've been listening to for the past week has been the sound of pants in a clothes dryer which seems to work pretty well. before that i listened to waves crashing on the coast of Oregon. i googled the symptoms and the closest thing is called exploding head syndrome. i don't think it has anything to do with that or schizo or anything like that. we're not the only ones but it doesn't seem to get much attention.

All my life Ive had bad stomach problems, and when Id have a bad day, or month or whatever, Id go sit in the bathroom and listen to the shower, now Im grown and still do it. But lets face it, that gets costly. This video is great!

i wake up in the early morning, turn my shower on, grab my blanket and pillow and lay down in the dark next to the shower and listen and meditate. greatest thing ever, thanks for this and the others

nice job i download this from firefox Steps 1.Go to Firefox and then download once downloaded go to addons and search something called video2mp3 it should be on google then you download video2mp3, then search a video watch the video and under the video information you see video2mp3 it works great and only works on youtube.
