The game is garrys mod. It is a modification of the game half-life 2, and the source engine. It allows you to mount source games such as half-life 2, counter-strike: source, day of defeat source, and zeno clash. When you mount a game it runs off it, but only the ones a mentioned and a few more, all on the source engine. It costs 10 dollars on steam but you need half-life 2 first to play it.

When you mount a game you can play as that character, and use props from the game to build with.
