i think onslaught is an extra game type with 4 extra maps and VIP is 6 additional maps. correct me if i'm wrong and comment with your opinion about both please..

altho the limit of only 4 players kind of lowers the gameplays fun

The Americans will be using the M16A1 in this version, not the A2. There will probably be a CAR-15, M40A1 the M60 will probably be the same, even though the BC2 version is newer. There will most likely be more. The NVA/VC will use various AKs, Dragunovs, the SKS, MAT-49, RPDs, RPKs, the RPG. (On a side note the US will probably use a LAW.) And once again, probably more.

@Xarras94 its vietnam. if u know ANYTHING about the vietnam war u would know that the Americans will be using M16s (the first ones), M60 machine guns,M14s, M79 grenade launchers, then sidearms. and the Vietnam (depending on if its Peopls Army of Viet Cong. will have AK-47s, MAT 49s, Type 24 heavy machine gun,RPGs. then the Viet Cong used traps like were they put sharpend sticks underground then when americans walked over were they were they would impale theyr foot. so yea. those are some weapons

Also the weapons. FUCK what they used, they used what they got hold of, what where mostly RUSSIAN made weapons, and sold by CHINA, and rarely French weaponry. Where talking Aks, grease guns, mats, ariska, mosin nagant, PPSH. They didn't use seperate weaponry, AND IF THEY DID THEY WOULD HAVE PROBABLY LOST.
