no he uses double pedals alot and in fact its a DW9000 he wouldnt just use it in the solo. for example.. Tom sawyer the triplet roll using a double bass pedal and floor tom coming out of the guitar solo. actually know what ur talking about before u post it.

Ok, playing rush is pretty difficult. No rush tribute band is perfect. Neil's playing and Geddy's vocals are pretty much impossible. Atleast they gave it a try.

Difficult song. Good attempt. You get better by practice, rehearsal, and playing out. I would reccomend more low hanging fruit. Better to play something easier well than something difficult less than than well. Keep it up.

Another decent cover, but it seems all these cover bands need a drummer. His rythem is soso, his fill ins and time keeping are below average, and his routine differs so much from the original. Although I know he doesnt have the kit for it, he had plenty of ways to substitute parts and failed to do so. Thanks to the Guitar player, this is decent atleast.

I rarely hear a local band with the stones to attempt a Rush tune. I gave you props for effort. I certainly don't want to discourage!

As to age, I am the 'house' drummer with a local church and during a performance on Monday of this week, a child of 15 sat in on guitar and we tore thru Red Barchetta, Spirit of Radio, Limelight and Tom Sawyer. I was totally floored.

"Threw a shoe" is a figure of speech, as in horse shoe. The drum part bore the least resemblance to the original song.
