I noticed one important factor. It was not because he got on the power or any steering problems. The main factor i see here are two things: one, you can not brake and turn at the same time... that equals a straight line. two, use the all wheel drive to your advantage. you should have never spun out on a mild turn like this. My suggestion is practice more on a closed course so you don't damage your car or kill innocent drivers. Learn how to use the awd to your advantage.
