The international space station is located in the highest concentration of radiation found in the Van Allen belts (altitude: approx 360km).
The Val Allen Belts are strongest right up against the Earth and weaken as one gets further away. As our numerous space stations and satellites should tell you, they are not an instant death sentence.
They were discovered in 1958, Apollo 1 was launched in 1967 ,,, plenty of time to understand one would need shielding.

The SAA is actually the closest the inner belt gets to Earth and it does begin at around 200km.
Readings vary according to solar activity (as one would expect) but levels primarily range from relatively harmless .2 kev, with recorded peaks in the 300 kev range.
Regardless, the inner belt is what? 8000 km deep, with huge swings in readings depending on banding? The velocity of the craft was roughly 11 km per second, we're talking less much less than an hour's exposure here.

The international space station is located in the highest concentration of radiation found in the Van Allen belts (altitude: approx 360km).
The Val Allen Belts are strongest right up against the Earth and weaken as one gets further away. As our numerous space stations and satellites should tell you, they are not an instant death sentence.
They were discovered in 1958, Apollo 1 was launched in 1967 ,,, plenty of time to understand one would need shielding.

The SAA is actually the closest the inner belt gets to Earth and it does begin at around 200km.
Readings vary according to solar activity (as one would expect) but levels primarily range from relatively harmless .2 kev, with recorded peaks in the 300 kev range.
Regardless, the inner belt is what? 8000 km deep, with huge swings in readings depending on banding? The velocity of the craft was roughly 11 km per second, we're talking less much less than an hour's exposure here.

@nybgrus Mythbusters are a joke, they're CIA ops. When I made a request to them to test my disqualifications their response was to ban me. Mythbusters disproved only weak controlled opposition 'disqualifications'. They have federal employees and resources at their disposal, and build devices which are felonious violations of law, proving collusion between them and the fed gov.

BUT, when you use real, unimpeachable science and scientifically irrefutable data and methodology to PROVE Apollo was a fraud like I did, HOUSTON, WE HAVE A PROBLEM. Why do you think Plait is ignoring my challenge? My results of >500rads of radiation exposure has already been duplicated , BY NASA, and they know they can't win

@dudev I quit college after 3 years when my physics professor couldn't adequately explain why I was being taught conflicting 'facts' and being forced to represent both as fact or fail my courses.I was a science major working toward a engineering degree, in the top tenth of the 99th percentile and an ace student of physics. I independently studied the subjects of advanced physics for over ten years using the internet as a resource.

@dudev I don't really care at this point who believes me, what is important is that I know I am correct and though my theory is well understood and simple, np one trys to falsify it, only suppress it. To me this indicates an agenda of suppression of truth in academia, and I am convinced this is going on. My theory is simple, explains all observations, easily falsifiable if it is false, and is being actively suppressed because it destroys Einstein completely as a fraud

@dudev An example of a logical reason for my rejection of institutionalized academia was the conflicting information being taught in physics and chemistry courses.One example is the fact that chemistry recognizes and represents EMR given off in chemical reactions as electrons, whereas in physics this EMR is described as "photons"(chemistry logically explains the source of EMR and quantifies loss of mass with balanced equations). @dudev EMR is a particle moving in a waveform,an electron vibrating passively to an oscillating or vibrating magnetic field that reverses polarity according to the frequency of the EMR read my theory and get back with me. The forums I posted it to systematically deleted it but it is in google cache under "electromechanical theory of electromagnetic radiation", mine is the first 'hit" of those search parameters. Read it, try to falsify it. My theory is correct and can be proved.
