  • I just borrowed this game from a friend after not having played it for years, but...it looks like it's Luigi unlocks Joey unlocks Tony unlocks Salvatore, and therefore skipping a bunch of missions. I remember finishing Tony early once, and noticed that I skipped everything; this was put to very good use in a speedrun.
