My back has been and is fucked up seriously now for over 14 years. I actually became temporarily paralyzed recently in a freakish occurance. Without lifting heavy for a long time I went to bed feeeling fine and woke up paralyzed from the mid-thigh down. I'm making a fast recovery though and I am training upper body already.
Though with impressive strength and power lifting .. i am worried that you are showing hazerdous safety by clinging barefoot. Not puttin ya down, but i know young bodybuilders such as i wanna see someone who practices safety along with power

Ross is a good friend of mine and very explosive. However, he weighs 70 pounds less than I do. Try some of these exercises at your bodyweight, then strap on a vest or dumbbell that brings you to 220lbs and try them again. Keep us informed with your video footage. Yeah, I didn't think so.
