I know you were commenting on RT's great guitar playing, but I wanted to also plug his son, Teddy, who is a remarkable singer, and a very commendable guitarist as well. Teddy is supposed to be performing at Rockwood this Fri. and in early Dec.

Some would chide you for violating RT's wishes and the restaurant's policy, but I'm grateful to see this part of Friday's show (I was there myself Wednesday & Thursday), and those two amazing guitar breaks definitely deserve preservation and a wide appreciation. Thanks for posting this!

Actually, when they request no photos or video I don't shoot any. I didn't hear any such request but thanks for the info, I'll keep it in mind next time. Glad you liked it

You're right that there was no announcement, which I guess would exculpate you if I were actually concerned.

Not having been there before, I made a point of asking about their policy, because I'd thought of bringing my camera. Anyway, I'm certainly glad you got away with it!

By the way, if you're a dedicated RT fan, you should consider joining the Richard Thompson List. YouTube apparently won't let me post the URL in this comment, even spelled out, but a quick Google search will find it.
