I wanted to have an Ubuntu box, but share with some Windows programs that Ubuntu can't run (even with Wine). I wanted to transfer files back and forth between Unbuntu and My Virtual Box (WIndows XP).
I didn't have to use Command code or Samba. Thanks for this great tutorial.
My advice - Take it one step at a time. It works!! I didn't think that I would make it work on Virtual Box 3.1. But I did!
