The entire ACC conf. is clearly Overrated from top to bottom. They don't deserve an automatic bid, give it to the Mountain West. Miami got owned by ND. BC fell to Nevada. GT and Clemson choked against teams like Air Force and USF(Middle of the pack BE team). Oh let's not forget, your Conf. Champion who lost JMU got Killed by Stanford. This conf. is pure crap right now. The Big East and Mountain West are even better. ACC Sucks!!!
There's no way that that 2 pt conversion should have been counted. The officials in the replay booth blew that one. The ruling on the field should have stood.
It's inconsequential, though. Montana still won, despite the poor call.
2) Montana lost to UR in the championship game, and lost to JMU in 2004 in the championship game, so, I'd say when it matters, JMU has owned Montana.
3) It was a great game nonetheless, and considering JMU had 4 turnovers within the 20's and still almost pulled it out says a lot about JMU ... the team of destiny that didn't quite make it
@eataylor87 so as a JMU fan, you dont really think the national semi final game at home mattered? that is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. ya you won in 04, and im sure your head coach would even say the field conditions helped you A TON! but all that aside, you cant say this game didnt matter, that is BS
