OK, when I came in here, there was no Smog, and I can't get the prompt to hack the door open, and when I go down stairs there are no nurses and I can't get the prompt to open the door down there either. I have the dagger and everything, but without being able to open these doors I can't go any further. I am really frustrated, can anyone help me please?

You go to the room in the center of the building, then you go to the podium in te back of the room.  Behind it, you'll see a keyhole with a symbol on it that matches the key. Use the key there, and that will open the trap door.

My save game is bugged :( I get the dagger... but still it's saying at my objectives "Inspect the Town Hall" and I can't get to the house anymore :(

ahhh i just found it out! the video is wrong at the end. When you get the dagger turn left and theres a secret passage. Equip dagger and use it on the wall.

You have to look around in the room where you've found the dagger, at one wall there will be some sort of a keyhole for it! But you have to look closely, because it's very small!

I had no bullets on this mission and at 3:02 I couldn't kill the smog so I hurried up and hacked down the door and entered the room the door shut I got the drawing..the smog was at the outside of the door I was so scared the smog was coming through the door! So I just ran through..lol
