  • this is the song to die for .............

  • Beautiful song, but I much prefer the more recent Jools Holland performance. It just felt more natural than this one.

  • im playing this song for music festival! GOD THIS GUY IS GOOD!

  • Love it when an acoustic guitar and the right voice meet.

  • absolutely wonderful song

  • heard this on jools holland, great tune, made me look for this song again anyway

  • Hmm..just not feeling it . Stand by-Fedora hat,Mac powerbook and Rivers Cuomo glasses?Check. Quick, to the prius, then onward to the local espresso bar for 8 hours..That should do it.

  • @ProfessorQurkle WTF does any of that have to do with the music? Don't be so damn shallow.

  • @Blagga0muffin Absolutely nothing, and yet, Everything..Something needs to be said about the mustachioed, beret wearing, espresso sipping, goat milking, wannabe eccentrics lurking in coffee shops across the nation. These days, you download a few ecclectic tracks, throw on a pair of wayfarers and all of a sudden youre Elvis Costello. This wasnt a knock at Rateliff-while I dont start sobbing after hearing his songs, he seems like a pretty talented dude, and an apparent Burner, which I can respect.

  • AMAZING!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I saw him in Berlin....awesome....and Julie is unbelievable

  • @72Jensa : WHEN exactly did u see him in Berlin ?

  • @hugfreak I saw him twice. In September 2010 with Mumford & Sons and in February 2011 all by himself....both shows were great, unfortunatly without Julie

  • This guy is awesome. I saw him at Ruby Lounge, Manchester, Uk with Delta Spirit. There was complete silence whilst he played his tunes! Simply stunning! Cant wait to see him again!

  • sow die kunnen er wat van..

  • Saw them both as a supporting act for Mumford and Sons yesterday in Amsterdam. They were amazing! Thanks for the music.

    Regards from the Netherlands!

  • Obviously our dude here is kind of lifted though... jus sayin

  • This song makes me feel relaxed and I don't even smoke weed.

  • Beautiful music Nathaniel. Wish I was in Denver to catch you at the UMS this year. If anyone is wondering the girl who is singing (Julie Davis) with Nathaniel has her own band that is just as beautiful called Bela Karoli.

  • i want lyrics!

  • I have a crush on both of you!

  • lot's of passion in this song.

    Mark

  • I think he should play a concert with Wakey! Wakey!. I would pay ALOT of money to see them together!

  • i was at this recording, its such a powerful performance.

  • i saw them in norfolk this weekend too and i personally think they blew laura marling away! great job!!

  • i was at that show too. totally agreed.

  • Saw The Wheel with Laura Marling in San Francisco and this was one of the fine songs they did. The backup singer Julie Davis sounds great here and did an excellent job of backing vocals for Laura.

  • nathaniel kinda seems like a cokehead

  • @kiloelo I went to an E-Town recording and saw him live. He looks like a Drunkard, but he is an absolute amazing artist.

  • beautiful in every sense of the word.

  • I just saw them live and was amazed at the quality of their performance! Beautiful vocals.

  • why in the world isn't this group more popular? my sentiments exactly crashandtumble8!!!
