Glad to see a non-Korean chef cooking Korean food. Sure sign of Korean cuisine getting recognized.

  • @mcyi9kt4 the way he prepared it was the fancy method. the egg is separated, fried, and sliced into thin strips.

  • i used to cook this dish at home fairly easily and thought BiBimBab would not be a special dish for me.. but after watching this, it becomes a gourmet food..

  • I like his korean. He says it weird but i like how he calls the ingredients by its korean name while he cooks :D

  • Paul, you are so good at cooking korean food. I am so amazed. I am a Korean and Bibimbab is my all time favorite food. I usually make a very simple version of it, but your dish is so beautiful looking authentic. I wish I could eat your Bibimbab :)

  • One bowl has everything. If you are a vegeterian you can take out all the meats.

Good point- actually I GOOGLED this guy and he's a famous chef.

I sure love Korean food though.

    Origogi!!!!!

  • @jessicafischerqueen

Origogi, malgogi, and what else? sogogi, dwejigogi, dakgogi... You seem to be really fond of gogi!

Have some vegetables as well for your health or you will be gogi itself... similar to dwejigogi...

    Yup, he's funny! =D

  • uhm , does look goood :)

  • 'Where is your pride?'

    i don't think so...

Only Koreans should cook the Korean food?!

Its purpose is sharing how to cook Korean food with people around the world, so having an English speaking foreigner as a cook may help foreigners better understand and learn i think... just my opinion... =)

    I like the cook!

  • @GuimarasManga i like the food! FOOD (:

  • @GuimarasManga amen! I married a Korean n learning how to cook like his mom is so hard sometimes! Seeing this guy makes me sure that I can eventually master the kitchen in any country!
