I turned off watching TNA on a regular basis when RVD told AJ Styles that he was a mid-card champion and proved it by beating him. If TNA itself is saying that the real stars at in WWE, why should I bother watching TNA? To see the good performers get buried?

@CoryTheRaven It would not happen. first they are the TNA originals who have been there since the beginning and two WWE is for kids and these guys are not suited for kids show because they will have limited moves and will be required to do more talking then fighting and three they would be sidelined like Kaval which he had enough and left the company, instead of WWE they should at least go to Ring of Honour instead of going to a company that relies on acting.

Christian should not be used as a bad example. That was probably one of the best WWE to TNA moves they've had. That said, you're right. It should have been Styles, Daniels, and Joe carrying this company instead of putting one in a chicken suit, taking the other off tv for over a year, and having the third be abducted by ninjas.

although im stil a TNA fan, im struggling to watch impact these days. and although theres still sum good stuff in the ring, the quality sure has declined. joe is out of contract and wwe should sign him. hes a brilliant worker and would pave the way for other big TNA names to follow suit.

I know TNA is awful at the moment, but it's still not as bad as WWE, and if all the TNA big names left for WWE, do you think WWE would use them well, if at all? The majority would get sidelined deliberately just to rub it in to TNA, which is a typical Vince business tactic, and anyone he did use would probably be ex-WWE anyway, like Anderson or Angle etc. I think Vince would make Joe look stupid, as he hates anyone who's not juiced to the moon.

(dont follow roh too much). joe is a very unique guy. but hes resigned for tna now, lets see what happens, hope he got them to agree to push him more than they have done.
@judeskii This is a good point, especially with Kaval who is ex-TNA, but he does have him involved in some stupid matches at the moment and I do believe Kaval and TNA parted on bad terms so Vince knows Kaval will potentially shoot on them and drag them down a little, if asked to. I think there are people who would work in WWE but I just can't bare the thought of them watering down their styles to stay fit and be able to work the WWE schedule like so many have to do once they get there.

@superflycos123 I think TNA stopped mentioning/acknowledging ROH when ROH started doing PPVs. As far as I know that also was the condition for TNA stars doing Indies: They were allowed to wrestle for any company they wanted as long as that company didn't do PPVs or had a TV Deal.
TNA was going great until it became a copy of WWE. Back in '05, I watched TNA like a hawk. Now I don't follow it anymore because like WWE, it's been swamped with storylines and heavily-scripted matches.
Joe is quite a prime example of how TNA has backslided. Back then he was mashing up anyone who came against him. Now he's just being an actor.
He probably should have just stayed at ROH, which, by the way, is probably the only American wrestling promotion worth watching nowadays.

Somoa Joe is one of the most talented underutilized big men I ever seen! He has speed, power, agility,and viciousness. That debut if you ask me, was rather a display of his talents. That was a very realistic win, because of a very talented Sonjay Dutt!
Also, how stupid are TNA to get rid of Sonjay Dutt and Petey Williams, but sign all of these washed up WWE and WCW rejects. TNA should resign these two guys and more ROH guys to improve both the X Division, which is one of the main reasons for TNA's success but something that the company is ignoring, and the whole company by giving them more young talented wrestlers with potential to be main eventers, like Austin Aries and Davey Richards.

In my opinion, the TNA you see on Spike TV today with Hogan and Bischoff and the TNA with the X Division, the Asylum and the six sided ring are two different companies.

although im stil a TNA fan, im struggling to watch impact these days. and although theres still sum good stuff in the ring, the quality sure has declined. joe is out of contract and wwe should sign him. hes a brilliant worker and would pave the way for other big TNA names to follow suit.

I know TNA is awful at the moment, but it's still not as bad as WWE, and if all the TNA big names left for WWE, do you think WWE would use them well, if at all? The majority would get sidelined deliberately just to rub it in to TNA, which is a typical Vince business tactic, and anyone he did use would probably be ex-WWE anyway, like Anderson or Angle etc. I think Vince would make Joe look stupid, as he hates anyone who's not juiced to the moon.

@tremorinmysoul i agree with you in many ways, vince only pushes what he created, and previous guys from tna to wwe didnt do well, braden walker and vance archer spring to mind. but vince is using more and more ex-indy workers and mentioning their history, like daniels and kaval. havnt they signed a roh champ too? (dont follow roh too much). joe is a very unique guy. but hes resigned for tna now, lets see what happens, hope he got them to agree to push him more than they have done.

@judeskii This is a good point, especially with Kaval who is ex-TNA, but he does have him involved in some stupid matches at the moment and I do believe Kaval and TNA parted on bad terms so Vince knows Kaval will potentially shoot on them and drag them down a little, if asked to. I think there are people who would work in WWE but I just can't bare the thought of them watering down their styles to stay fit and be able to work the WWE schedule like so many have to do once they get there.

Seriously. Five years ago, it was goin' GREAT. It was INCREDIBLE.
Now look at it. It's just sad. WWE sealed it's doom two decades ago, but this company actually had a chance to revolutionize pro wrestling in the US. 6-sided ring. The X Division. No need for gimmicks. TNA was created BECAUSE fans were sick of gimmicks. Looks like they've forgotten that.

And if you knew anything about wrestling you would know that the great majority of wrestlers come from indy promotions, Wade Barrett for example used to be an announcer for FCW which is also where Drew McIntyre came from.

@superflycos123 I think TNA stopped mentioning/acknowledging ROH when ROH started doing PPVs. As far as I know that also was the condition for TNA stars doing Indies: They were allowed to wrestle for any company they wanted as long as that company didn't do PPVs or had a TV Deal.

TNA was going great until it became a copy of WWE. Back in '05, I watched TNA like a hawk. Now I don't follow it anymore because like WWE, it's been swamped with storylines and heavily-scripted matches.
Joe is quite a prime example of how TNA has backslided. Back then he was mashing up anyone who came against him. Now he's just being an actor.
He probably should have just stayed at ROH, which, by the way, is probably the only American wrestling promotion worth watching nowadays.

Also, how stupid are TNA to get rid of Sonjay Dutt and Petey Williams, but sign all of these washed up WWE and WCW rejects. TNA should resign these two guys and more ROH guys to improve both the X Division, which is one of the main reasons for TNA's success but something that the company is ignoring, and the whole company by giving them more young talented wrestlers with potential to be main eventers, like Austin Aries and Davey Richards.
