Great advice. My daughter wants to study in Japan and I'm all for it. We've also started to go to different places locally and it's been interesting. We went to see the Salvaldor Dali Exhibit and stuck out like sore thumbs LOL but it was great. Planning on seeing the Bodies Exhibit next, then we'll expand on the road or by plane. I'm excited.

@Sassymarkrep I know how you feel, I'm always "sticking out like a sore thumbs" at some of the places I visit or travel. It's okay because whenever a subject comes up or someone is talking about an event, art show, festival, entertainment, food or travel I can feel comfortable talking about it and add to the conversation. ;-)

I have to agree there is nothing like traveling! i have already gotten my 3 year old acclimated to being on an airplane and this year we are hitting the friendly skies to have some super fun! I plan on having his/my passport pretty soon so we both explore the world together singing **Where in the world is (Fawn and Dynzcil) Carmen Sandiego ooooo bop oo oo oooo bop?**
