Why wasn't Scott Roeder allowed to mention what Dr. Tiller did to babies during an abortion? Is the state ashamed of these barbaric, deadly procedures? I practiced on an obstetrical ward during my practicum to become a licensed practical nurse and can testify Roeder was not incorrect when he said under oath "babies are torn limb from limb." If Mr. Roeder got the chance he could have also talked about the babies Tiller killed having beating hearts, brainwaves and the capacity to feel pain when they got ripped apart. Sadly the court denied Mr. Roeder this legitimate defense. Justice was not served!

Anybody who watched the trial with an open mind could see that Roeder got a very fair trial. He just did not support his cause very well. He brought no evidence to substantiate his claims. He hid a loaded gun expecting to retrieve it later. He had no escape plan to get away, but he expected to get away. He's an idiot.

I've been working on a comprehensive analysis of just what was wrong about Judge Wilbert's handling of that trial, but I must say that if you want a minute and a half summary, you can't get any closer than this clip. Scott is patiently trying to answer the questions asked of him with "...the truth, the whole truth..." but that is what moistens the judge and prosecutor's undershorts. Scott doesn't have "the medical training" to understand how some abortions tear a child "limb from limb", indeed!

What did they think the trial was all about? Did Tiller owe Scott money? Did he steal his property? Did he take his wife? Did he insult him? No. Even an idiot pro-abort would know that Scott killed Tiller to stop him from killing kids. Period.
