What grip do you use for your backhand?

This girl is a great player! One thing I am wondering though, is whether you teach them to finish all their shots by bringing the racket over their shoulders in the follow through? My boss emphasises this all the time but I respect your coaching and I know you'd have a better idea. Thanks
