@italoskalos1 Agree. Having 10 tenors w/ no blending of bass and baritone voices is BORING! Il VOLO (Barone, Ginoble & Boschetto) are good but I liked their voices when they were younger. The kids' voices seemed to have lost some of their lustre.
I Love the Tenors. And i can see were your critasisim comes from but you guys should sit back and hear the music and take it for what it is. Yeah there not Pavarotti or any other famous opera singer but if you want to hear music like that then go youtube it dont by horrible to very 10 talented men. I bet your bottom dollar that most of you cant sing this well.
ihihih they are nice..but it sounds too much strange to listen these songs played by singers who aren't italians..in particular some of these songs are written in a particular italian dialect..the napoletan one..and it seems still stranger..
Most singers who sing in a language foreign to them, never lose their own accent. Tone quality with the singing is much more important and enjoyable than if their pronunciation is exact (in my opinion). The problem with these ten is that they don't really sing very well, especially for the type of music (most of it) they're attempting to sing. It might be better to call them the Seven Singers (because 2 or 3 them don't seem to be very "performance" oriented).
I'll go with Il Divo ANY day. These ten, even here, were several times out of tune, at times with each other, and a few times even solo! Re: Il Divo, well, three of the four have opera training, and it shows. Re: Simon C., ahem... some things he likes don't go over too well with very many people. But he sure hit it on the nail with I.D. (Just my opinion. Thanks for yours too lovemeg)

In my own opinion Il Divo has no talent what so ever. They only got this far because of simon cowell. The ten tenors sound much better.
