Since the programs take away our responsibility to look after and care for each other, and instead hands our responsibilities to the state, how can they be Christian?
As state power grows, Christianity dies. Just look at North Korea, the USSR, China, the EU. Socialism kills Christianity.

He claims the Japanese disaster was the greatest natural cataclysm since 'the Flood'? The tsunami in Indonesia was MUCH bigger and so was Krakatoa in the 19th century. Several floods along the Yangtze in China during historical times dwarf all of them as did the Black Death in Europe, the man is a fool who does has no conception of history.
