A society is made of individuals. You feel the government should decide what to do with your money, to take the money that you earned by force and use it for its own discretion. You don't have the right to choose whether or not to pay taxes. In most states, you don't have the right to choose whether you want car insurance or not. In more and more places, you don't have the right to smoke and infringe the clean air rights of others.
Uninsured people cause a huge burden on the rest of society. So no, I don't believe that you should have the right to choose whether you should have healthcare or not.
