What do you think about Sally Fallon's Cookbook, Nurturing Traditions, which contains recommendations and recipes for probiotic rich traditional foods and drinks, like Kefir, Kombucha, Lacto-fermented vegetables, and more?
Hey Josh, thanks for videos man keep it up. Just wanted to get your opinion on kambucha. I was reading mens health the other day and they had a article about kambucha with this MD saying there is no proven studies on the benefits of kambucha and digestion adding that dannon activia was a better choice. Doesn't seem right to me just wanted to hear thoughts on that.
everything u are saying is so true i learned this about 1yr ago i did lots of research and found probiotics, kefir, inulin, digestive enzymes, HCl and fermented foods i begin seeing the commericals i just shake my head because they are trying to profit off people lack of knowledge and not thinking about healing people, i don't have the sinus, breath problems, consitpation/dia,bleching,gas non of that and that's because of having a healthy gut my skin is so clear glow get lots of complements
The amazing thing about some of these so called 'Health Products' is that these companies have a way of taking something that is potential very good and turning it into something that hurts us slowly...but still causes damage!
If they got this mindset...I've got an idea...let's make some drinks made of pesticides and call them good for you....HANG ON!!!
They do!! The pop drinks Tango, as long as it is Apple or some type of fruit, it is better for you??? The artificial flavors came from....
I have made this video a favorite and 5 * for making this video...nice work!!!!
I've been thinking about this crap for awhile. The bacteria isn't really the issue it is the sugar and crap that they put into it that will cause more problems!
I thought that leaving the drinks to ferment for half a day was being clever, while it gives us a higher amount of bacteria, and lower sugar content, the rest of the crap doesn't do me any good though...does it?
This is so helpful, since I've been looking to get a probiotic supplement. I think I have a flora problem since I was a vegetarian for nearly a year (I'm a protein type) and I loved soda. I'm living a healthy lifestyle now, so I'm still considering a real probiotic. What do you think?

Good video. That much sugar negates ANY so-called benefit in the product! Lower immune system, insulin resistance, weight gain, etc...

Great info again Josh! I know this has nothing to with probiotics, but could you do a video on Chiropractic care or give us your take on it?

I agree boost is crap but its more for ppl in hospitals or sick ppl that need a meal replacement and it has lots of nutrition for them.
