President Obama was advocating his plan, and he stated that "Nobody should ever be in the position of having to tell a loved one, 'Honey, there's something that can cure you, but we can't afford it.' "
I can't help but think that nobody should ever find themselves in the position of having to tell a loved one, "Honey, there's something that can cure you, but we can't afford it."
As someone who does know a loved one with PTSD, the penicillin comparison makes perfect sense to me.
