It's clear that now with nokia Windows Phone is the 3rd clear runner up and soon will the the second. Lumia 900 launch if its sold at $100 , it will sell millions
Rim has a good chance here... is not going to have the issue that new OS's has. It will be able to run the already fast growing playbook apps, the blackberry 7 or less apps and also the android apps... this is what people fail to see.. and besides all that.. you will have BBM that allows you to be in touch with thousands of people already. Lets see how well it sells
Just as we speak, (June2012?) there's some one no only trying to copy, but to come up with an even better phone, and it will happen just like the i-Phone5, that by the time was ready, they needed to hold it and re-design it because better phones hit the market by their release date!
This phone is set to release within 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 months from AT&T. This leak has been confirmed to be true by a few of my friends who work for corporate AT&T. specs include 1.5 dual core w/1GB ram 8MP camera 2 front facing cameras
I think RIM still has a chance as long as Nokia phones with windows phone 7 have not started shipping in volume yet. However, if the Lumia debut is successful and other handset makers start adopting WP7 as a legitimate OS, then I think there really isnt any market share left for RIM as WP7 will have a better integrated MS Office experience and therefore become the preferred business user's OS.
By 2012 (If we're still alive) (lol) there will be wayyyyy better phones. I think by 2012 that blackberry will succumb to Nokia and Nokia will succumb to android and iOS. Leaving the 2 best (in my opinion) mobile OS's to really have to be creative to win over customers. Kinda like the Dark Side vs the Light Side.
By June 2012, there will probably be much better phones than this, this phone will be well far behind...yea it's not gonna make it. Blackberry is already going down and this will just push it over the edge. Watch them start selling the playbooks for $100 pretty soon, there tablet is not doing good at all.
guy seriously the blackbery london uses the same OS as the playbook so we practically already know whats its gonna be like
