That's a really good idea, one that we thought of as well but, alas we didn't have any bluetooth equipment with us to try it out...

actually the phone just crops off the up and down side of the standard HQ video recording, that's why the focal length must be bigger. and that's why i find this 16:9 mode unnecessary.

Yeah, the focal length on the 5800 means that you have to put the phone quite a distance away from you to get a decent shot and by doing *that*, you lost quality in sound...
