  • Great job! Are you learning this form yourself, or do you have someone teaching you? Also, how long have you studied with them?

  • @RyGy2500 Kata is a Japanese term, used in Karate... Which is Japanese martial arts. These swords are Chinese. The term does not apply well. That's what they were saying.

  • @chineseopera8 a kata is just a series of movements in my karate I have alot of katas

  • Thank You for the critique Justi.

& Chinese Thanks for the correction but you could have not been so rude.

  • uhm',...yeah, and it's a 'tiger-hook' tao-lu, not 'kata'! These are Chinese weapons not Japanese,...lol'.

  • twirling blades isn't enough, your stances are all over the place..... yes youre keeping your knees bent, but u have to use your stances to make your spins and strikes work.... otherwise ur just using your arm strength which isn't enough, especially to make the hooks effective...... just sayin theyre a beautiful and bad ass looking weapon, but you cant fool everyone lol keep up the good work i know that was really critical u have great potential
