Well, that's embarrassing! This is the BOW pose as in Bow & Arrow, NOT like bowing to the queen, or Bow-wow. In this pose, your body is flexed like a bow, hence the name. I really hope that Carole Childers hasn't been saying it wrong for 23 years!
