  • Hey! Yes. Not too bad after a 14 year break and just getting back into it last February! Give me a good leg press rack and I will be back to six reps (full) at 2750 lbs in a month!

    What the heck is up with 'geared' vs 'raw' powerlifting now? Things have changed in competition!! And only a few 'tested' competitions? Boards (partial reps)? No wonder the weights are so high! All i can say is going natural I kept the ability!

    Working with nutritionist on the rest. Great job ParagonBMan!

    I am down 75 lbs.

  • Had knee replacement 5/31. Been going to P/T twice a week with one of those machines as part of it. I did 100 non-stop today at 260#, 10 with just new knee. Actually felt good afterwards. You be careful, new knees are painful!
