@mateen311 no, I can assure you this was my first power on. Keep in mind that this is a review unit from T-Mobile PR, and that I received it before launch. It's possible this is not running final firmware, and that T-Mobile PR turned the phone on before sending it to me (as I mentioned in the video).
@imsoHOTasICE What kind of stupid question is that? I guess you're the kind of person who never gets their hands dirty gardening, working on engines, welding, soldering, and modding things...
Of course people's nails can get dirty. Last I checked you weren't doing any of that in this video, you we're showing off a phone. Why didn't you clean & trim them? It's fine if you don't mind being a slob, but lets not come up with excuses that make no good sense. If Apple had their iPhone's being modeled by people with god knows what under their fingernails people would be disgusted and rightfully so.
@imsoHOTasICE , seriously.... y are you always watching phone videos but instead of the phone you pay attention to sum1's nails? The fact u seem to always note someones hand condition isn't that bad I guess, it's the fact u made a issue out of it that concerns me. Get a life
it is only lagging because of all of the stuff loading in the background. But you know that :) I may sell my Droid X when the Fascinate comes to Verizon. between the Evo and Vibrant is the .3 inches difference that noticeable? That hole is for the lanyard. :)
@sabomnim628 thanks! Unfortunately, in my experience with the Vibrant's sibling, the Captivate, this continues to be noticeable well after all the stuff is done loading in the background...
@qrpkgrl :( The lag is a draw back but it could be fixed with an OTA update, So is the screen size that noticeable between the Galaxy S phones and the Evo?
@sabomnim628 until Samsung updates the various Galaxy S phones to FroYo (2.2), my Nexus One will continue to outperform these devices.
If you look at my other Vibrant video (the unboxing), you'll see that the EVO is barely larger, yet there's still a noticeable difference in screen size between 4" and 4.3".
@qrpkgrl Thanks for the reply. :) Yeah I don't understand how they measure these screens, lol. You would think .3 inches wouldn't be that noticeable. I had the Evo but it was defective and Sprint really was jerking me around so I went to Verizon. I have the Droid X But I loved the Evo. The X feels built better but the Evo kills it. I would have rather seen plain Android on the X than Motorola's skin. Also the X and Evo have the same screen but the X's is longer and narrower? How is that? LOL
Lol no wonder it's laggy...you just turned it on

Nice! I've been wanting to own an android for a while now. I was considering a mytouch 3.5 ...
Is the android data plan still $24.99 for old tmo customers? I'm afraid of data plans going up.

Why do you always have so much junk under your nails? At that they're very unkempt..

@imsoHOTasICE "Why didn't you clean & trim them?" Are you my Mom all of a sudden?
What does Apple have to do with this? This is a video for my blog, not for a corporate product promo/demo...
You have clearly never worked on anything mechanical. If you don't like my nails, piss off!

@ColonelChaos09 always. Not to mention, these are review units (ie. not my phones, and IMEI theft is a real problem).
