I totally agree with you. Her feet don't look right in them. Most people wearing these heels need more flexibility in their ankles so that they can walk without keeping their knees bent, but they also don't have enough ankle strength to safely wear these or balance properly on the box.

That being said, although it is very stupid, it is also impressive for a non-ballet dancer.
