  • Contemporary & not serious. These are not sweet love poems. Shakespeare was not some love sick fool. His 'love' was his commitment to truth & beauty! He lived in a period of history where the Venetians were doing everything they could to destroy man's commitment to truth. Don't bend Shakespeare to your own random interpretations, figure out his intention.

  • would have been better memorized.

  • I think it was memorized.

  • i don't think it was. you could see his eyes moving (reading) the sonnet.

  • YOu the man, cowboy!

  • Great rendition!

  • best sonnet ever written right there!

  • GO COWBOY!!

  • Beautiful recitation. This is not an easy sonnet to hear at first listen. It's quickly over and doesn't give the listener time to absorb its depth if not properly read. You rise to the occasion. Excellent job.

  • You got me, Bill! Perfect, a reading lesson.

  • Perfect timing. Great!

  • Muito bem declamado. Naturalidade muitas vezes comunica melhor do que pompa e circunstância.

  • I thought that was amazing!! When I hear people quote Shakespeare that is what it is Quoting but you say it like it is your 1st language. Bravo!! You are talented.

  • There's something about this reading that at least takes some angle and perspective on the sonnet, unlike some of the others who read it like a chore... I think this works well because you've thought about how exactly to give the words and language their full merit. Good work.

  • that was well done!! thanks for that!!! =)

  • Well read.
