  • get out of the nose!!

  • voice is too forward.

  • your voice sounds so gay.

  • @johnsmithvideo

    And so what?

  • By the way - Birgit Nilsson talked like a troll with that throaty and masculine voice... Who could be her "good singing habits"

That's absolutely supersticious and totally ridiculous. Couldn't ever imagine to read that on posts from the USA. And I thought my country was full of (sorry for the word) shit.

  • Oh my God, are you really talking about the way this guys speaks? And if he's gay? He's not designed to be an opera singer? He has some voice, and a high C! Oh, come on.

  • say hi to Julia from me, thanks

  • I hope I get to see you perform at the Met soon!

  • I am looking forward to hearing from Mr. Kryshak in the future. His singing voice is something I will not tire of. Bravo.

  • What I find so unbelievable is that speaking voice compared to his singing voice. He sounds so painfully gay when he speaks, like thousands of other gay guys from the states. You would never expect that kind of sound coming out of his mouth when he starts to sing. Trouble is that tells of his true self not having yet been connected to his singing. Or vice versa. And this comment is coming from a gay guy btw.

  • @Lindow I'm not sure that makes your judgment of his voice, or generalization of a "gay voice" any more justified.

  • @Lindow you are right. if he talked more like a singer should and less gay which is shallow and throaty anyway it would go alot way to reinforcing good singing habits imo.

  • great voice

  • Bravo! When you saw UW do you mean Wisconsisn?

  • Gotta love these youtube users giving this highly trained guy singing these difficult opera arias who won his regional met competition advice on how to sing. (rolls eyes)

  • @FacePaster hahahahahahahhahaha! amen!

  • Kryshak is a talented singer. Kinda hard to judge from this video, but I'd call his voice bigger than leggiero, yet lighter than a full lyric. That is to say, at THIS very early stage in his career. I wish him all the best:) --

  • @stevevandien Not suprised. His singing should have been recorded in a bigger hall with good acoustics and the recording device at least 50 feet away from him.

    It would have been glorious.

  • Just heard this guy at the MET auditions (he won) and this video doesn't do him justice. He's pretty fantastic, one of the best we heard all day.

  • That's great! It really is hard to hear the full sound of his voice from this particular clip.

2 years ago Alek Shrader won, too, singing this same aria ...and those 9 high Cs.

  • relax when you sing!!! you're straining on high notes.

  • beautiful and clear voice...

too bad he does not make me feel anything.

  • I'd like to hear a recording of him in a larger more acoustically sound room. I don't feel like you can really hear his voice to the full potential in that practice room. Nice voice though.

  • ich auch.

  • To tense...alow your self to sing, stop trying to control each note,if you don't feel the plesure wile you are singing it has no meaning.Good luck and best regards

  • Sweet!

  • those high c's are great!

  • Bravo !

  • Broadway.

  • 5 stars you are a very beautiful tenor :)

  • Nice clear Cs!
