Just saw on yahoo news the new bands cant get enough people to attend concerts {beiber,gaga and the other losers} but in 2007 VH grossed 900 million on their tour...they have more money than the US government!!!!Maybe Obama should ask VH how to run a country out of the red!!!!

The last of the "great music" ... saw them 3 times in the 80's when I was a young teenager. When bands just needed instruments and a mike and a spotlight and could blow the roof off a stadium.

There just simply is no one who had such a powerful performance than the original van halen, period. They were born on the this planet to be the greatest hard rock band ever. It's obvious... Watch them hear and in the 81 clips too. It's so obvious. I will say this straight up, Eddie was the greatest guitar player ever. the most creative and overall the most well rounded, technically, etc. He will go down in the history books as the greatest, period.

I totally agree with SoCalScott20 Van Halen is timeless. Everybody tried to copy them. Remember the 80's? Had some good bands that are still around. But, when Van Halen was doing there thing they were GOLDEN!!!

So Cal.. this was the band n there first incarntion, after Sammy, that was something else alltogether great. VH1 was the best heavy at the time. Sammy gave them sweet and his touch... best of both worlds???? hmmmmm love the VH all of it!!!!

The fact is Roth and Hagar both are good, but both are fags in their own way... Dave dresses and struts like someone who escaped from a circus, and fact is he can't sing worth a damn.. On the other hand Hagar is more of a musician than Dave.. But VH in Hagar era wasn't like party music anymore.. Was more like music you bang your gf to.. lol Still, the best band of all time

Great stuff!! The only true Van Halen is with Dave on Vocals!! Can't wait for new material.When they came out with the 1st best of Van Halen their 2 new songs Me Wise Magic and Can't Get This Stuff No More were pretty good.VH Rules!!I saw them on their re-union tour and they kicked ass!!!

one of the best Rockbands EVER! Lots of guys get pissed off at VH because of Diamond Dave's antics. I just put it down to male pattern jelousy which is a combination of small penis syndrome, nobody important complex with a bit of women arnt interested in me phsychosis. How do i know?
