i have a whole roasting chicken in my fridge... i may try his turkey makings on it.

when he smeared those 5 spice on the chicken, it kinda looks like it's been cooked!

I know Jamie says to cover the legs with tinfoil because it helps them from drying out, but that goes against what I read on the internet and from my personal experience cooking a chicken. That the breast goes dry before the legs (actually the leg is a little underdone even with the breast meat is overcooked). Why did he do it really? Thanks.
