The name of the bloke who builds them is on the video "Swiss rocketman", Google him and ask him these questions.
As far as I know you'll need a pressure vessel with a rocket nozzle and valve plus a heater to boil the water. Not exactly off-the-shelf parts.

@david1513 water rocket is just a pressure vessel when the pressure is let out it gives into a chamber pushing water out of a nozzle you don't need to heat it up

thats not a "water explosion" that actually had some thrust behind. its easy to make those, it's just water and compressed air in a container. watch mythbusters.

Forget those fags on Mythbusters, this is an 'overheated' water rocket.
Water is heated to 260 C, pressure is 60 Bar (over 900 psi). When the water is released out the nozzle the drop to atmospheric pressure turns it to steam and it expands.
