Wow! I don't generally give a crap about dancing, but that was extraordinary. What a perfect choice for this song, even the timing is perfect. I haven't heard this song in many years. It's strange to hear it now. I'm sure at the time I was listening to that album, 20<years ago, it sounded like it belonged on that album, "Birds of Passage", I believe, but now it sounds like nothing else they ever did. I'd forgotten all about this one. Very unique music. I'd love to know what the language is.

Then I decided I wanted to listen to some Bel Canto and found this. The same video I was just watching but to Bel Canto music. WOW! This dance troupe is deaf by the way! look for the other versions by look for thousand hand dance or boddhisatva dance. peace!!
my Chinese friend on Facebook told me after i posted this video that this particular dance troup is composed of all hearing and speaking impaired dancers....unbelievable
