TBH the 2.0 TFSI 6-Speed S-Line cuts down the cost for my wife and I. It has the sporty looks but for less cash. My local Audi garage wanted us to drive an A5 coupe with that engine and order now, as they said the Sportback would be the same. We however, wanted to experience the rear legroom, height etc so will wait until late Oct/early Nov before ordering.

The rear legroom is about the same as in an A4 break. I took a seat in both cars in our local Audi garage and the A5 and A5 sportbac are just  wonderful cars, they are my favorits cars from Audi at the moment .

Manual is good, but the S-Tronic transmission is the best gearbox on the market. The shift-paddles on the wheel are very nice. The TTS manual do 0-100 kph in 5.4 sec, the TTS S-Tronic do it in 5.2 sec, this is a wonderful gearbox

NOT as good Looking as the A4. A4 had distinct lines and was compact ans sporty. This A5 looks bland and lacks any defined lines...too generic, especially the rear end. Not unique as A4. The wheels, however, are awesome!
