With BB, you can set the aggressiveness level of overcalling so it depends what it's set to. If set to "average", click the "interpret" button, BB tells you the overcall shows ten points. But East does have a 6 card suit and he could also have the J spades - so it's impossible to tell where the Ace of clubs is.
